Industry since 1978

Dallaglio Internantional was created in 1978 by the engineer Giorgio Giorgetti Dall'Aglio, who began his working experiences in the textile sector, with great success as he managed to patent his invention. Then he bought the shares of an electric forklift company in the early 1970s. Forklift too advanced for that period. In fact, the market preferred Forklift with thermal engines also for internal use in warehouses. Which today is prohibited by various hygiene regulations. It was precisely in an attempt to sell these Forklift that Eng Dall'Aglio took part in a fair in Algeria. Here too it was difficult for him to sell his Forklift. The thing that allowed him to change his business and life was the huge demand for all sorts of products he received during his stay in Algeria.
Here he decided to start a new career path by responding to the needs of customers encountered during the fair. He start looking for leading companies in the production of the requested products on the national market. This approach immediately met with positive feedback. In fact, orders began to arrive in large quantities. The engineer Dall'Aglio concluded contracts for the supply of fishing boats and fishing material such as nets and metal cables. Later he was asked for bottling lines for carbonated soft drinks. His technical training allowed him every time to identify the best companies on the market. This research led him to represent several companies in the bottling field. Start with Cortellazzi with which he concluded a contract with ENAPAD (Algeria) for the supply of 34 complete bottling lines. With the passage of time and with the increase in the needs produced, Eng. Dallaglio turned to SIMONAZZI of Parma, world leader in bottling lines in that period. This collaboration resulted in a great success that lasted for 20 years. In this period, thanks to his commercial action, he managed to sell the plants for all Coca-Cola's in Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco. He built all the most important production units in the Maghreb. For water, beer and soft drinks.  For Public companies or private companies. He sold the fastest line in Africa untill today: 80,000 bottles per hour at the Tunisian SFBT group.

During this period, obviously, plants for the production of every type of product were required:
- Plants for the bituminous sheath
- Plants for the concentration of Tomato and Citrus fruits
- Plants for the production of Jams
- Plants for the production of Milk or Yogurt
- Plants for the production of olive oil and bottling

The food packaging sector from the 80s to 2020 is always in continuous development. From the bottling lines for glass bottles we moved on to PET plastic bottles. This imposed the production of bottles on site with the relative plants for the production of PET preforms and caps, which allowed to increase our range of plants and sectors of activity.

In fact, the needs of the market made it necessary to have in the portfolio companies that produced plants as well as for the creation of the product and for its packaging it was also necessary to offer plants for the production of the packaging itself.

In other words, the bottle, the cap or the film.

In 2004, after the purchase by SIDEL Tetrapack of Simonazzi Spa, our decades-long representation ends.
In the same year, we started the collaboration with SACMI, world leader in the production of Gress, caps in Corona, inventor of plastic compression caps and in the sector of Roll Fed labelling machine for OPP labels.
SACMI had decided to launch into the production of complete bottling lines. In fact, SACMI had bought Cortellazzi, the first company for which we had sold more than 60 bottling lines in the early 1980s.
Since 2004 we have changed our approach to the market. Enjoying the excellent esteem and trust of our customers, we found ourselves following them in new projects. In fact, satisfied with the machinery supplied for the previous projects, we were asked to choose sectors in which to invest and which technology to use. Customers therefore began to rely on us to diversify their activities into new industrial projects, which allowed us to expand into new industrial sectors.
We have created lines for the production of aluminum trays. In 2007 we built the first SARL EMBALU tray production line. Then a line for SARL WAFA. We created a project from the concentration of fresh tomatoes to the production of ready-to-use sauces.
Since 2018 we have been studying a transversal project for our two Industry / Hygiene activities, in fact we are developing a production site for Sodium Hypochlorite, Calcium Carbonate and Trichloro tablets and an insecticide production unit.

Hygiene from 1979 to today

In 1979, Algeria suffered yet another invasion of locusts. Given the serious consequences for the country's agriculture and economy caused by the invasion of locusts, Eng. Dall'Aglio tried to find a solution; in fact he had the intuition of how to solve this problem. Near the headquarters of his forklift company there was a company that produced sprayers for agriculture. The idea was to vaporize the insecticide with a jet of about twenty meters. Engineer Dall'Aglio met Engineer Martignani, a genius in his field who immediately started to work to adapt his technology into a machine that could work with the very high temperatures of the desert and above all with the extremely aggressive chemicals used for fight against grasshoppers.
Engineer Martignani modifies all the internal components of the machine to avoid breakdowns. The tests were very positive.

In 1979 the first supply to the Algerian state was made.

From that moment the oven machines have always improved by integrating the needs of the operators and solving the problems that have arisen in the field.
In 2004 the Algerian state asked the Italian Ministry of Defense for authorization to land military cargo planes at the Rimini airport to load 600 Martignani machines to fight grasshoppers.

Covid 19

A new challenge

Given our collaboration with the Ministry of Health of Algeria, we were urged to find effective products to limit the spread of the virus. This is why we have included two products in our range: a carpet to sanitize all types of footwear and an electric sprayer for treatments in closed spaces with great autonomy and with the electrostatic. Which manages to make the disinfectant product adhere to surfaces even those not directly treated.

Interior Design since 2008

In 2007 we took care of the new project for the production of milk and derivatives of the Tunisian group SFBT (COCA COLA). In addition to the sale of machinery for the production of milk and its derivatives. They asked us for a project to advertise their milk.
We proposed two products: Mozzarella or Gelato.
Given the strong presence of tourists in the summer, the CEO of SFBT opted for ice cream. Having already owned local properties in the most beautiful locations in Tunisia, they gave us sine qua non conditions to be respected:
- The quality had to be the same in every point of sale
- Check the cashier remotely.

When we finished studying the project and presented it to the CEO of the SFBT we were informed that sales were already going very well, with the Coco Cola sales network they managed to impose their product without difficulty.

So we decided to carry out the CIAO GELATO project on our own.
We opened the first store in 2008. It was a great success and from there we opened another 8.
These stores made us enter a new sector. In fact, for our needs we imported both construction materials and furnishings.

We also won the contract for the construction of ice cream-shop   for the ARDIS group for their BERNINA brand.

In 2013 we also built our first restaurant: "La Strada" in Oran.

Our customers visiting the premises asked us to follow them in the various projects real estate that they were approaching. High standing buildings or hotels. To meet their needs we have created a dense network of artisans each specialized in a sector:
- Upholstered: sofas, beds, chairs and armchairs.
- Carpentry: For the realization of all custom-made furniture or boiserie for villas or hotels
- Kitchens Manufacturers: Fine kitchens for apartments or villas or Industrial kitchens for hotels.

As far as materials are concerned, we turn directly to manufacturers for competitive prices:
- Gress or Marble floor coverings
- Italian doors - Aluminum aluminum / wood design fixtures
- Bathroom furniture.
Our modus operandi is always the same:
1) Design
2 ) Render
3) Render validation
4) Supply of machinery, custom furniture, raw material.
5) Assembly
